Blonde Brownie
3/4 cup melted butter
3 eggs
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pound (2 1/4 cup) brown sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
1 package (12 oz) butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix together and pour into a greased, floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. You may wish to cut off the edges when serving.
